Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m a working mom, a picky eater, and a nutritionist who’s passionate about helping families thrive.

My journey into nutrition wasn’t born out of a love for food, but rather a fascination with the science behind it and a desire to use this knowledge to improve people’s lives. Now that I’m a mom, I understand firsthand the challenges we face in trying to balance work, family, and personal well-being.

As a busy parent, I know the realities of coming home from work with just a few hours to spare before it’s time to tuck the kids into bed. The dilemma – spend that precious time cooking a meal they may or may not eat, or use it to connect with your children and take care of yourself? That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to creating realistic meal plans and recipes for fellow working parents. My goal is to make dinnertime less about stress and more about enjoying quality time with your family.
